Delinquency report
The delinquency report shows a review on a borrower's history, such as whether their loan is open, next due date, next payment amount, late fees, etc. This will help you identify the reasoning for delinquency and what to do next.
To run the report, open a specific loan and navigate to Reports > Delinquency.
The page is divided into two columns. On the left, you’ll see the actual report, with stats and information about delinquency on the account. On the right, the ‘What can I do now?’ options give you shortcuts to other servicing and collections tools that can help keep the borrower engaged and resume payments.
