Warning flags
Warning Flags offer a quick and visual way to monitor loan conditions by applying color-coded indicators to accounts based on specific criteria. For example, you configure the system to show a green flag on all accounts that are in ‘Open’ status, have been updated by an agent within the last 15 days, and are less than $400.00 past due. These flags help you easily identify and prioritize accounts at a glance. The conditions or rules that determine if a flag should appear on an account are created as Clojure rules within LoanPro.
Configuring Warning Flags
To create a new flag, navigate to Settings > Loan > Alerts > Warning Flag System within your company account. To create a new warning flag, click ‘Add’.
This will bring up a window where you can configure the settings of the new flag.
- Name: Enter a name for the flag.
- Flag: Select the color of the flag from the dropdown.
- Status: Choose whether the flag will be active or inactive.
- Description: Enter a description of the flag.
- Rule: Enter the formula for the rule that will determine if a customer account qualifies for a flag. You can use variables in the rule to make the rule specific to each customer account.
Once you have entered the information for the flag, click ‘Save’ to save the flag.
You can display these flags as a widget in the Smart Panel or as a tile in the dashboard.
Using Warning Flags
Warning Flags are typically used to highlight specific conditions in customer accounts. You can also display these flags in the Account Manager and most reports by adding a column that shows the flags associated with each loan. To filter your search results by active flags, click the 'Advanced Filters' button in the search bar.
Scroll down to the bottom of the ‘Advanced Filters’ window and select the flags you want to filter with.
