Customer Manager
View, sort, and filter your business and consumer customers.
The Customer Manager is a centralized location where you can view all customers within your account. In LoanPro, customers are completely separate from loans and leases. This approach provides the flexibility of assigning one customer to multiple loans—or multiple customers to one loan—without requiring users to enter data more than once.
Getting Started
To access the Customer Manager, select Users > Customer Manager.
You can adjust which information is displayed by selecting the columns icon, signified by three parallel lines in the top right corner of the page. Note that a maximum of 8 columns can be selected at a time.
If you are displaying information that is masked based on the role settings for your user, the data will be masked in the search results (e.g. 10/25/XXXX).
Filtering by search
The Customer Manager can filter by keyword, status, brackets, verification, and widgets.
Keyword
The simplest way to filter customers is by keyword search. Simply type the keywords that apply to the customers you would like to display. Commonly used keywords are the customer's name, social security number, and ID. However, to search by ID, you will need to use the "id=" parameter. For example, if you are looking for a customer whose ID is 1248, your keyword search would be ‘id=1248’.
The keyword functionality also includes options that let you choose how your keyword phrases should be handled by LMS.
You have two keyword options:
- Match type: Specify whether words that match significant parts of your keywords will still be considered matches.
- Match operator: Choose whether the words in the keyword phrase should be considered together using the “And” operator or separately using the “Or” operator.
Status
In the ‘Status’ section, you can filter customers displayed on the Customer Manager by status using the ‘Customer Status’ and ‘Customer Type’ dropdowns. Customize the list of customer statuses by navigating to Settings > Customer > Labeling > Status.
Filters
From the ‘Brackets’ section you can filter customers by customer age, creation date, and credit score. These brackets can be customized as well by navigating to Settings > Customer > Brackets.
Creation Date
You can filter the creation date by selecting specific time ranges, such as ‘Last 7 days’ or ‘This Month’, but if you want to filter by a custom date range, select ‘Custom Range’ at the bottom of this list. This will open a calendar window where you can choose the start date and end date.
Age
To create a new customer age bracket, navigate to Settings > Customer > Filters > Age inside your company account. Click ‘Add’ in the upper right corner.
A window will appear which allows you to determine a few parameters. Enter the lower limit for customer age with the 'Begin' field, and then enter the upper limit for age with the 'End' field. Once you are satisfied with your age parameters, click 'Save' to complete the process.
Credit Score
To create a new customer credit score filter navigate to Settings > Customer > Filters > Credit Score inside your company account. Click ‘Add’ in the upper right corner.
Enter the lowest customer credit score to qualify for this filter in the 'Begin' credit score field. Then, enter the highest customer credit score to qualify for this filter in the 'End' credit score field and then click 'Save'.
Verification
This section lets you filter customers by OFAC compliance, employer information (present or not), USPS verified primary address, primary address country, SMS verified primary phone number, and avatar image (present or not).
Widgets
Dashboard widgets can be created in the customer manager. To create a widget, click the widget button signified by four blocks underneath the search bar.
Once you've filtered your search and click on the customer, the customer page will be displayed. This contains all of the information stored on a customer. For more information about the customer page, visit our Customer details article.
