Moov
How to set up Moov processors in LMS and Secure Payments.
LoanPro is integrated with Moov, a licensed processor that handles four primary types of money movement: accepting, sending, spending, and storing. Moov’s platform natively supports card and ACH processing, real-time payments, FedNow, and digital wallet capabilities—all with transparent status tracking.
Supported partnership model
LoanPro currently supports Moov integration through a referral/facilitator model. How it works:
- Contracting & Pricing: Managed directly between you and Moov.
- Onboarding & Underwriting: Completed directly on Moov's platform.
- Accounts: You are required to have a Moov account and a LoanPro account.
- Account Linking: Once you log in via the redirect in step four of the Secure Payments setup process, your existing Moov account will be linked to LoanPro.
- Supported Transaction Types: ACH (standard and next day), card (credit and debit), and push-to-card.
Get approved with Moov
Before you can use Moov as a processor in LoanPro’s LMS or Secure Payments, you must complete your contract, onboarding, pricing setup, and underwriting process with Moov. Most Moov underwriting approvals occur instantly, but some high-volume or high-risk profiles can take up to two business days to be approved.
We recommend completing your account setup with Moov at least two weeks before you plan to use Moov as a processor.
Using Moov
You can use Moov to seamlessly manage U.S.-based payments, AutoPays, and funding on both loan and line of credit accounts within the LMS. To manage and route these transactions, add Moov to your Merchant Processor Groups.
- Payments: The LMS creates the payment in a Pending status and polls Secure Payments every ten seconds to update the transaction state.
- Funding: The Enhanced Funding flow must be used to disburse funds.
Setup
via Secure Payments
While the Moov processor is fully functional, LoanPro needs to assist with the preliminary steps of implementation for new customers. Please contact your LoanPro representative to get started.
Once the LoanPro team has completed the preliminary implementation steps and you have completed the Moov onboarding flow, you can create a Moov processor in Secure Payments. To do so, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Secure Payments website > Profile > Partner Accounts.
2. Select the plus (+) icon on the right side of the page to add a partner account.
3. Choose an environment—Sandbox or Production—for the processor to be used in.
4. Click the ‘Create / Link Account’ button, which will redirect you to Moov’s log-in screen.
5. Once you log in, your Moov account will be linked to your Secure Payments account.

When the accounts are linked, the available Moov Wallet IDs and Funding Bank Accounts will automatically populate as dropdown options when creating a new Moov payment processor.
Note: Creating a Moov processor in Secure Payments automatically creates one in LoanPro’s LMS.
via LMS
This method is only available once you have completed the account linking process between LoanPro and Moov in the Secure Payments setup tab.
Once your Moov processor has been created in Secure Payments, you can configure it in the LMS by following these steps:
1. Navigate to Settings > Company > Merchant > Secure Payments > Debit/Credit Card tab.
- Note: Choosing the Debit/Credit Card tab will populate the same setup wizard as the Bank Account/ACH (USA) tab.
2. Click the ‘Add Processor’ button.
3. Select Moov as the Processor Type and fill in the required fields.

This one-time setup enables Moov as a processor option for U.S.-based debit card, credit card, and ACH transactions.
Note: Creating a Moov processor in LoanPro’s LMS automatically creates one in Secure Payments. However, the account linking process must take place in Secure Payments.
Role Responsibilities
Five key participants interact during the lifecycle of a transaction. Here is an overview of the participants involved and their primary roles:
| Participants | Role |
|---|---|
| Borrower | Makes the payment or receives a disbursement. The borrower owns the underlying bank account or card. |
| Lender (you) | The merchant of record. You receive payments, fund disbursements, and hold your own Moov merchant account. |
| LoanPro | Provides the loan management system (LMS) and Secure Payments—the PCI vault that stores card/bank data, tokenizes it, and routes transactions to Moov. |
| Moov | Moves the money. Moov connects to the card and ACH networks, processes transactions, and holds balances in your Moov Wallet. Note: Real-time payments are not part of the current integration. |
| Banking & card networks | Clears and settles funds. |
Transaction process
From capturing card details to final reconciliation, every transaction follows a specific sequence across systems. The table below details who owns each step of the process.
| Function | Owner | What Happens |
|---|---|---|
| Capture card / bank details | Secure Payments | Details are entered directly or via a secure form. Raw data never touches LoanPro’s LMS, which keeps your payment card industry (PCI) scope low. |
| Tokenize the payment profile | Secure Payments | A token—not the raw data—is stored and used for all future transactions. |
| Initiate a payment or disbursement | LoanPro’s LMS | Standard Process Payment actions for loans and line of credit accounts. These are also used for Enhanced Funding. |
| Move funds | Moov | Moov processes the card or ACH transaction and routes funds through your Moov Wallet. |
| Hold and sweep funds | Moov Wallet → your bank | Payments are collected in your Moov Wallet. The payout to your bank runs on sweeps configured in Moov. |
| Report status | Secure Payments → LoanPro’s LMS | The transaction shows Pending, then Processing, then Settled or Failed. |
| Handle returns/failures | Moov → LoanPro | On a returned or failed transfer, the ACH return code is saved to the transaction. The status then updates, and records in the LMS are updated. |
| Reconciliation & loan posting | You + LoanPro’s LMS | Payments post to the loan account in the LMS, and you reconcile settled funds to your bank. |
Transaction status
A new transaction is always created in the LMS with a status of Pending. The LMS checks about every 10 seconds until the status reaches Processing. If you configured a notification (webhook) event during the Secure Payments setup process, a notification is sent to LoanPro’s LMS when the transaction moves to either a Settled or Failed status.
Sandbox testing
Before you go live with your Moov processor, you can validate the setup in Moov’s Sandbox environment. Here is how:
1. Create a Sandbox Moov account and processor.
2. Run transactions with the test cards below to confirm success and decline handling.
3. Repeat the same setup in your Production environment when it is available.
To test accepted card payments, use:
| Card | Card Number | CVV | Zip | Expiration |
