How can we help?

Account Manager

View, search, filter, and manage all of your borrowers' accounts.

The main function of the Account Manager is to perform searches, narrowing down selection from all the loans in your tenant down to a single loan or a specific set of loans. It has many features to help you easily find the loans you want and get a quick sense of what’s happening with your loans. You can save multiple searches and streamline the process for initiating servicing actions, such as sending an email or adding loans to a servicing queue.

Installment loans and lines of credit

Installment loans and lines of credit use different managers. The managers look and act alike, but are distinct tools in the software, and you'll see two separate tabs if you issue both types of accounts.

Search functionality

Filters allow you to search for groups of accounts with specific criteria. To add filters, click on the three horizontal lines to the right of the screen in the search bar. You can select as many filters as you’d like to apply to your search. Your most used filters will be shown at the top of the page. When you’ve added specific filters,  click ‘Apply Filters.’ You will see a list of loans associated with the filters you selected. If you’d like to remove a filter, click the ‘X’ to the right of the filter in the search bar. This will allow you to remove each filter individually.

Saved searches

LoanPro provides three common searches as defaults. Custom searches can also be saved and set as the default. You can access all of your saved searches using the ‘All Searches’ dropdown found to the right of your tabs. Searches can be saved at either the user level or the tenant level. If they are saved at the tenant level, any user in the tenant can use them.

Selected columns, column order, and sort order are configurable at the search level. If you choose to sort by any of the search columns, the sort order will be saved with your search. For each saved search you have the ability to save a column configuration. For example, you can customize your ‘Past Due’ search to show days and amount past due as well as delinquency categories.

Pinned Searches

This feature allows you to have multiple searches running at the same time, shown as tabs at the top of Account Manager. You can pin up to five searches, which will remain open even after your session ends. An unpinned search, on the other hand, will disappear when you navigate away from Account Manager, keeping it clean and decluttered.

If a search is pinned, you can use the ‘Make Default’ option to make it your default search. This will only change the default search for your user. The default search pinned tab will be moved to become the leftmost tab.

Account actions

Once you've performed a search, you can perform an action by clicking the button with three vertical dots in the top right. You'll see a list of all the actions you can perform. You can also narrow your search down to a specific set of accounts by clicking the checkboxes on the left of each account. If you want to select an entire page, click the box in the top left corner of the results table. When you select accounts using the checkboxes, you will be shown blue options at the top of the loan listings. These options include sending an email, sending to Smart Mail House, sending to billing, creating a custom form, and creating a servicing queue.
