Context engine glossary – collateral
The context engine is a large database of retrievable variables, available for use throughout LoanPro's software.
For any collateral variable, you may have noticed that there is a position ID. If you have multiple collaterals on a single loan, you can change the variable's ID number to see the results for a different collateral position ID. If you are using the help variables tree in computation fields, custom forms, or rules applied, you will have the option to automatically populate you collateral variables with position IDs 1 and 2. For any collateral in positions 3 - 50, you'll need to manually change the ID number.
These are the variables for collateral:

Legacy collateral
Before we added the capability to add multiple collateral to a single loan, LMS had variable set for just a single collateral per loan. These variables are backwards compatible and will simply pull information for the the collateral in position 1. These variables are listed below:
