Use the FAQs page on your website to show questions that you are often asked by customers and the answers to those questions.
To update your FAQs page navigate to Settings > Website > Page Settings > FAQs inside your company account.
To enable the FAQs page, click
, and switch the Enabled setting to Yes.
To add a question select Add Question.
Enter the question in the Question field and the answer in the Answer field, then click
to the right of any question to edit that question. Click to delete any question.
