Customer Defaults

Introduction

Customer defaults allow you to choose basic defaults for customers created in your company account.

Editing Customer Defaults

To edit a customer default, navigate to Settings > Defaults > New Customer > Customer Defaults inside your company account.

Here you can set three defaults for new customers:

Default

Description

Country

The country where the customer lives.

Type

The type of customer: Individual, Company, or Flooring Customer.

Status

The customer status such as Active, Lead, Marital Status, etc. You can customize the list of customer statuses in Settings > Customer > Labeling > Status.

After selecting your customer defaults, they will automatically be saved in the system.
