Customer Defaults

General

Customer defaults let you choose some basic defaults for customers created in your company account.

How To

To edit the customer defaults, navigate to Settings > Defaults > New Customer > Customer Defaults inside your company account.

Here you can set three defaults for new customers:

  • Country – The country where the customer lives.
  • Type – The type of customer: Individual, Company, Flooring Customer.
  • Status – The customer status.  You can customize the list of customer statuses a Settings > Customer > Labeling > Status.

When you make your selections the information will automatically be saved.
