Secure Payments API – Put Users

General

WARNING: Unlike LoanPro, where multiple users can access the same account, Secure Payments only allows a single user per account. This ensures a far greater level of security and protects your customers' private information. The API options to Create Users and Update Users do not create additional agent users like in the LoanPro API, but instead replace your current user or create a new account altogether.

Updating users is one of the account management options available through the Secure Payments (formerly PCI Wallet) API.

How To

Send a PUT request to this endpoint:

PUT https://pciwallet.simnang.com/api/users

Update your password. Assigned tokens continue to work until expiration. Those same tokens may be used to request new tokens. The same password rules apply as in POST users.

Here's a sample JSON payload:

{
"username": "123546784354@email.com",
"password": "asdfjkjnerlf49897984631&&FDFDF",
"new-password": "NewPassword123!"
}

And here's a cURL request:

curl --request PUT \
--url https://pciwallet.simnang.com/api/users \
--header 'Content-Type: application/json' \
--header 'authorization: : your-token' \
--header 'secret: : your-secret' \
--data '{
"username": "123546784354@email.com",
"password": "asdfjkjnerlf49897984631&&FDFDF",
"new-password": "NewPassword123!"
}'

Response:

{
"result": true
}
