Create a New Shortcuts Set

Introduction

LoanPro allows users to create their own sets of shortcuts to make performing common tasks quick and easy. Custom shortcut sets are particularly useful when combined with user roles. Once you create a custom shortcut set, your shortcuts appear as a set of icons in the header of each customer account.

This article explains how to create custom shortcut sets and how to assign them to your user agents.

The image above shows an example of a shortcut set. Clicking any of these icons will allow the user to perform a specific action.

How To Create a Shortcut Set

To create a shortcut set, navigate to Settings > Company > Access > Shortcuts inside your company account.

Click 'Add'.

Enter a name for the shortcuts set into the Name field. Now, use the toggle switches to decide which icons should appear in your shortcuts set. For our example, we're going to create a shortcut set for loan servicers.

Here is a list of the available options:

Shortcut

Description

Log Payment

Clicking this icon will take you to the log payment page.

Log Charge

Clicking this icon will take you to the log charge page.

Quick Note

Clicking this icon will take you to the add note page.

Advancement/Credit

Clicking this icon will take you to the Advance/Credit loan setup tool.

Promise

Clicking this icon will take you to the promises tab.

Change Due Date

Clicking this icon will take you to the change due date loan setup tool.

Custom Forms

Clicking this icon will take you to the custom forms tab.

Loan Archive Report

Clicking this icon will take you to the loan archive report.

Transactions

Clicking this icon will take you to the transactions report.

AutoPay

Clicking this icon will take you to the AutoPay tab.

Post a Note

Clicking this icon will take you to the Post a Note page.

Settings

Clicking this icon will take you to the Loan Settings page.

Collateral Information

Clicking this icon will take you to the Collateral Information page.

Insurance

Clicking this icon will take you to the Insurance page.

Servicing Tools

Clicking this icon will take you to the Servicing Tools page.

Checklist

Clicking this icon will take you to the Checklists page.

Documents

Clicking this icon will take you to the Documents page.

Delinquency Report

Clicking this icon will take you to the Delinquency Report page.

Actions and Results

Clicking this icon will take you to the Actions and Results page.

Cash Drawer

When an agent is assigned to a cash drawer, they'll get a dollar icon at the top of the screen. When they click on it, it will automatically take them to their assigned cash drawer.

You can choose up to five options for your icon set. Once you have selected the shortcuts you want, click 'Save' to save the set.

Assigning Shortcut Sets to Agent Users

Now that a shortcut set has been created, you can assign the shortcuts set to any of your agent users. To do so, navigate to your agent users settings as shown in the image below.

Here, you will be able to view the agent users within your company. To assign a shortcut set to a user, click on any individual user. Then, within that user's information page, click 'Edit'.

Then, under the Profile Settings section, select a shortcut set from the dropdown menu to assign it to the agent user. Hit 'Save' when finished. Now, that agent user will be able to use your newly created shortcut set.
