API – Bypassing Transactional Warnings


The API may send transactional warnings in certain circumstances. This article explains how to bypass some of those warnings. For more information on transactional warnings, take a look at our API – Customer Transaction Warnings article.

A warning will result in an error message that looks similar to the following:

"message":"Transaction warnings found."
"Email test@email.com already exists in the system (Customer ID 139: Company Place).",
"Email address test@email.com may not be a valid email account."

It is possible to bypass the error and continue your operation. To do so, resend the request with the following appended to the JSON object(s) causing the error:
