LoanPro provides live phone support and email support to its customers. If you navigate to My Account > Tech Support, the tab is designed to help you keep track of your technical support transactions.
In the green tile to the right of the table, you can view how much remaining tech support time you have. The table will show you support transactions for your company. This includes a title as entered by the support representative, topics discussed, minutes added (if the transaction added to your tech support), minutes subtracted (if the transaction used your tech support), a running total of remaining tech support minutes, and the authorization code used for the transaction.
