Change Secure Payments Accounts


It is possible to change which Secure Payments account is associated with your LoanPro account.

All of your customers’ payment profile data is saved in Secure Payments and will not be accessible if you use a different Secure Payments account. This means you won’t be able to process payments, void payments, run AutoPays, or do anything that requires access to your customers’ payment profiles.

Changing Accounts

To change which Secure Payments account is associated with your company, navigate to Settings > Company > Merchant > Secure Payments within your LoanPro account.

Click 'Change Account'.

Since this change can substantially impact your account, please pay great attention of the warning provided here.

Once clicking 'OK', you can enter the username and password for the Secure Payments account you want to link. Once you have entered your credentials, click 'Save'.
