Change Secure Payments Accounts

General

It is possible to change which Secure Payments (formerly PCI Wallet) account is associated with your LoanPro account. However, it is important to note that all of your customers’  payment profile data is saved in Secure Payments and will not be accessible if you use a different Secure Payments account. This means you won’t be able to process payments, void payments, run AutoPays, or do anything that requires access to your customers’ payment profiles.

Changing Accounts

To change which Secure Payments account is associated with your company, navigate to Settings > Company > Merchant > Secure Payments within your LoanPro account.

Click CHANGE ACCOUNT.

Because this change can have such a big impact, you are required to click through a warning before you can proceed.

Now you can enter the username and password for the Secure Payments account you want to link. Once you have entered your credentials, click SAVE.
