Changing Secure Payments Accounts

Introduction

It is possible to change which Secure Payments account is associated with your LoanPro account. However, it is important to note that all of your customers’ payment profile data is saved in Secure Payments and will not be accessible if you move to a different Secure Payments account. This means you won’t be able to process payments, void payments, run AutoPays, or do anything that requires access to your customers’ payment profiles.

Changing Accounts

To change which Secure Payments account is associated with your company, navigate to Settings > Company > Merchant > Secure Payments within your LoanPro account.

Click the blue 'Change Account' button. Once you do so, it will trigger a warning about the effects of changing your account.

Since this change can substantially impact your account, please pay great attention of the warning provided. If you're sure about your course of action, click the blue 'OK' button to continue.

You will need to enter the username and password for the Secure Payments account you want to link. Once you have entered your credentials, click 'Save,' and the process will be complete.
