LoanPro lets you upload documents for specific accounts. This helps you manage documents that are relevant to specific loans or leases. You also have the option to upload documents for specific customers. The file types accepted for documents include:
Note: When you pull document information through the API the active property will show 0 for active documents. That is because this property is being used to show whether a document has been archived, so 0 means it has not been archived and is therefore active.
To upload a loan document, navigate to Servicing > Documents inside any account.
Select a sub section for the document from the Section drop-down.
The file name field will be automatically populated when you select a file. Now either click the drop zone to browse for your document, or drag and drop the document on the drop zone.
You can make the document visible to borrowers on the customer website by clicking . You can also set the document as inactive, download the document, edit the document, or send the document by mail using the mail-house service.
Loan documents can be set to either active or inactive to help keep track of which documents are the most current on the loan. To do this, click the three dots to the right of any document listing and choose to set it to active or inactive.
