Add a Reference

General

Adding  references for your customers can aid in your collections efforts. You are not limited on the number of references that can be added to a customer.

How To

There are two places you can add a reference to a customer file in LoanPro. You can add a reference within an individual loan in the Customer > References tab. You can also add references in the Customer Manager section by navigating to Users > Customer Manager (as shown in the screenshots). Select the specific customer to add a reference to and select the "References" tab.

To add a new reference, click Add .

Enter the name, relationship, phone numbers, and/or address for the reference. Click Save to save the reference. Once the reference has been saved, it will be displayed on the "References" page. You have the ability to edit edit  or delete delete  any existing references.
