Create a New Customer Note Category

Introduction

In LoanPro, you can customize the available customer note categories. This adds to the flexibility of the system and helps you organize your customer notes more effectively.

Creating a New Customer Note Category

To add or change a note category, navigate to Settings > Customer > Labeling > Note Categories inside your company account. To add a category, click 'Add'. You can also edit an existing note category by clicking edit in the listing for that category.

Enter or edit the name of the category and then click 'Save'.

You also have the option to delete existing categories by clicking delete. If the category you are trying to delete is in use, you won’t be able to delete it. Instead, you will be given a warning and the option to deactivate the category.

You can also choose to inactivate a category at any time by clicking the 'x' button to the right of the categories.
