Create a New Customer Note Category

General

In LoanPro, you can customize the available  customer note categories. This adds to the flexibility of the system and helps you organize your customer notes more effectively.

How To

To add or change a note category, navigate to Settings > Customer > Labeling > Note Categories inside your company account. To add a category, click Add. You can also edit an existing note category by clicking edit  in the listing for that category.

Enter or edit the name of the category.

Press enter, or click Save. You are finished!

You also have the option to delete existing categories by clicking delete . If the category you are trying to delete is in use, you won’t be able to delete it. Instead, you will be given a warning and the option to deactivate the category.

You can also choose to deactivate a category at any time by clicking highlight_off.
