Account Briefing
Learn how to leverage Account Briefing to evaluate borrower behavior, flag account health risks, and map system activities.
The Account Briefing feature is a dynamically generated, intelligent summary card embedded directly into the LoanPro UI. Powered by a Large Language Model (LLM) that analyzes live LoanPro API endpoints, the feature synthesizes complex loan data, historical timelines, and account health metrics into a single, highly scannable view. Ultimately, it helps to drastically reduce an operator's Time to Resolution (TTR).
Feature accessibility and components
Please contact your LoanPro representative to enable the Account Briefing feature at the Tenant level.
When enabled, the Account Briefing feature is accessible in the center column of a loan account’s Summary page. It includes four components to help you proactively mitigate risk, audit touchpoints, and execute optimized workflows that improve targeted account performance. Components include:
1. Account Health Indicators
2. Recent Agent & Borrower Activity
3. Recent System Activity
4. Actions to Consider

While the components load, which usually takes 5–10 seconds, you will see a Conversational Loading State. It shows phrases like "Retrieving active loan terms..." and "Analyzing 12-month historical payment trends..."
Note: Summaries are not stored in the LMS.
Error handling
If a feature component times out or a user agent lacks entity permissions, that specific section of the feature will display an inline error or lock icon. The other components will still generate as normal.
Account Health Indicators
You can use this component to identify risk immediately. It displays an account’s health based on live data (e.g., Days Past Due, balance variances, and broken promises), allowing you to see if an account is:
- Severely delinquent
- Missing active AutoPay’s
- Exhibiting chronic underpayment patterns
Recent Agent & Borrower Activity
The Recent Agent & Borrower Activity component allows you to track recent account events through an icon-mapped timeline. This component only includes human actions taken (e.g., an agent logging a call) on the account.
Recent System Activity
You can use this component to differentiate the above human actions from automated system actions—such as a webhook or automated rule execution—that run on the account.
Actions to Consider
The Actions to Consider component provides AI-synthesized, compliance-friendly recommendations (e.g., offering a structured payment plan to a delinquent borrower), so you can efficiently decide the ideal next steps for an account. Each evaluative suggestion is based on the account’s data.
