Access LoanPro’s knowledge base

This article explains how to access LoanPro’s knowledge base, whether you’re a new user, already have a LoanPro account, or are having trouble logging in.

Most of LoanPro’s documentation is available publicly, whether here at help.loanpro.io, at our API site developers.loanpro.io, or our video walkthrough library go.loanpro.io/base-camp

Some articles, primarily our database documentation, do require a login. This article will walk you through the best ways to get access.

I don’t have access to LoanPro’s software

If you don’t have access to LoanPro’s software but still need to see our gated documentation, you can reach out to your regular LoanPro contact or request access directly.

I already have access to LoanPro’s software

If you’re already a LoanPro user (either as a client or just through a sandbox trial), log in to your LoanPro account.

Once you've logged in to your account and tenant, click the 'Need Help?' button located on the header ribbon of the page:

Clicking the 'Need Help?' button will display the following window:

Click the 'View Page' button located within the ‘Product Guide’ section. When you click this button, we'll validate your credentials and log you in to our help materials knowledge base automatically.

If the email you use to log in to LoanPro is a Google email, you can log in by clicking the ‘Login’ link at the top right of this site and clicking the ‘Log in with Google’ button. This will only work if you follow the procedure described above once, which will create a user for you.

I should have access, but I’m having trouble logging in

If you’ve been able to access our gated knowledge base articles previously, try resetting your password. You should receive an email within a few minutes with a link and instructions to get back in.

If a LoanPro contact says they’ve given you access but you haven’t received the welcome email, you can also try resetting your password. If you’re still not seeing the message, try checking your spam folder.
